The content of this right is to be able to ask us at any time to confirm whether or not your personal data is processed, and if so, for what purpose, to what extent, to what extent it is made available, time it will be processed, whether processing of personal data is used for automatic decision-making (including profiling) and, ultimately, whether you have the right to repair, erase, restrict processing or object to it.

Right to restrict the processing of your personal data

The content of this right is that if there are any disputed questions about the processing of your personal data, we are obliged to restrict the processing of your personal data. This restriction means that we will mark the personal data you choose and ensure that it will not be processed other than storing this personal data. If any exceptions provided by the law are met, this provision does not apply.

The contentious issues in the foregoing meaning may be, for example, the following facts:

* processing is unlawful, you refuse to delete personal data, but request to restrict its use;
