Any conference, summit or webinar registration made via email or online and all purchases of documentation packages are subject to these terms and conditions.
Onsite events. We will process your application after receiving the signed registration form. We will send you a registration confirmation and invoice with payment instructions within one business day. Payment is due within 10 working days from the date of invoice issuance. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. The registration fee includes participation in all (available) meetings, lunches and refreshments, participation in social activities during the event, and conference documentation packages. The registration fee does not include travel and hotel accommodation. Uventia is not responsible for any additional bank charges related to payment.
Virtual webinars. You can register for our webinar by sending a signed registration form. The confirmation and invoice will be sent to you within one working day. The payment date is 10 days from the invoice date. If the reservation is made within 10 days of the start date of the webinar, payment should be made immediately. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Uventia is not responsible for any additional bank charges related to payment. We require full payment of the invoice amount before the webinar date. Two days before the webinar starts, you will receive instructions for joining. Each webinar subscription is for personal use only and cannot be shared.
Onsite Events. Delegates can be replaced at any time without paying additional fees. Cancellation 30 days or more before the event start date can be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellation within 30 days before the event start date will not receive a refund. Cancellations are required in a written notice. If the delegate is unable to attend the meeting due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the delegate pass can be transferred to another upcoming event that takes place within one year from the original event start date.
Virtual webinars. Cancellation is required in writing only. If you cancel within 24 hours after registering for the webinar, the registration fee can be refunded in full. Cancellation after this time will incur the full registration fee. If recording is possible, registered representatives who cannot access the live webinar will receive the recording after the webinar or presentation slides. Non-attendance to the live webinar will still be charged the full registration fee. If payment is received and recording access is provided, there will be no refund. The delegate pass cannot be transferred to another webinar and no substitutions possible.
Onsite events. Although every effort will be made to comply with the advertised events, we reserve the right to change the date, the location, change the program or merge the event with other events, if necessary, without any penalty. In this case, there will be no refunds, partial refunds or other offers. If Uventia permanently cancels the event, and the event is not postponed to a later date, nor merged with other events, you will receive a credit note or a 100% refund of the conference fee. Please note that if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, no accommodation or related travel expenses will be refunded. Uventia is not responsible for events cancelled due to reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, disease outbreaks, accidents, terrorism, hostilities etc. However, a complete credit note will be given in each case.
Virtual Webinars. If we need to change the webinar program, postpone the webinar, cancel or replace the speaker (for example, the speaker suddenly falls ill), the reimbursement of the registration fee is not possible. However, if the event was cancelled, the delegate has the right to refund the registration fee.
The information contained in the event agenda is only applicable to companies or individuals that receive this agenda directly from Uventia. The agenda may not be posted on the Internet or made available to the public without Uventia’s prior consent. All intellectual property rights in all materials produced and distributed by Uventia related to the event are reserved, and any unauthorized copying, publication or distribution is strictly prohibited.
