Dr. Valeria Mazzoni holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Biotechnology at the University of Milano-Bicocca, and began a career as assistant researcher in the field of NMR, working on food quality control, nutraceutics and proteomics. She obtained an Executive Master’s Degree in Agri-Food Quality and Safety Systems in 2016, and in 2017 she joined Neotron, initially working in the Packaging Department, where she developed expertise in materials and packaging systems. Then, she spent two years in the R&D department, focusing on method development and analytical innovation. Since 2023, thanks to her solid experience in packaging testing, she has been working as E&L Project Coordinator, supporting risk-based strategies and the design of analytical studies.
